Plymouth firm West Hoe Developments has completed an eight four-bedroom home development, in Pier Street, Plymouth, Devon. The new build homes, close to the waterfront, are part of a £5 million development that will include a dental healthcare building and further apartments. The development is known as Pier15 and Soundguard Acoustics Ltd was appointed for the Approved Doc E Sound Testing Certification. ‘The sound testing performance was excellent’, says Acoustic Consultant & Director Rob Shaddick of Soundguard Acoustics, ‘We are happy to award the necessary certification for Building Control’.
